Content Safety Policy
This policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and public content made available through AIGAZOU. It applies to every plan and feature. Paid access does not exempt content from this policy.
Content we do not allow
Do not create, upload, request, publish, or distribute:
- Adult or sexually explicit content, including pornography or explicit nudity.
- Any content involving, depicting, sexualizing, or seeking to imitate a minor. This includes fictional, animated, edited, or AI-generated material.
- Non-consensual sexual content; sexual violence, exploitation, or coercion; private intimate imagery without permission; or sexualized deepfakes of real people.
- Bestiality, incest, or necrophilia.
- Content that violates portrait, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, consent, or other rights.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content and use the Service in compliance with applicable law.
How we may act
We may use automated checks and other operational measures to identify possible violations. We may block or refuse a request, limit public availability, remove content, or restrict an account when we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms, or applicable law has been violated.
Automated checks can make mistakes and may not detect every violation. A technical failure to block content does not mean the content is permitted. If you believe a request was blocked in error, use the report and appeal process.
Reports and questions
To report content or request removal, including matters involving privacy, likeness, intellectual property, or non-consensual imagery, see Report Content or contact help@aigazou.net.
This policy supplements the Terms of Service. The Terms and applicable law control if there is a conflict.
